A Lexico email address will be provided and can be accessed via gmail.com. If applicable, you will be added to the advisors@lexicoconsulting.com mailing list and will receive companywide notifications and invitations.
Google Team Drive is Lexico's preferred file sharing tool. Google is also the primary platform that Lexico uses for development of engagement and communications materials. Google Docs are compatible with Word, Google Slides with PowerPoint, and Google Sheets with Excel, and they should be used whenever possible.
If applicable, you will receive an invitation to Harvest, Lexico's time tracking tool. Please submit your hours weekly.
If you have any expenses that require reimbursement, you may track them in Harvest as well. Here's a quick video how-to on expense tracking in Harvest.
You may attach receipts using the desktop version, or take & attach photos using the Harvest mobile app.
At the end of each billing period, you'll be able to run an expense report for that time frame. You may submit your report along with an invoice for the total amount for reimbursement to accounts@lexicoconsulting.com.
We prefer to make payment via e-payment (direct deposit). Complete this e-payment enrollment form and W-9 and return them to accounts@lexicoconsulting.com. Payment will be made in line with the terms of your contractor agreement.
