Google Workspace is a collection of cloud computing, productivity tools and software which comprises of Gmail, Chat, Meet, Calendar; Drive for storage; Docs, Sheets, and Slides for collaboration. Below is also a link to the main Google Workspace page with many more helpful resources:
Google Shared Drive is Lexico's preferred file sharing tool. Google is also the primary platform that Lexico uses for development of engagement and communications materials. Google Docs are compatible with Word, Google Slides with PowerPoint, and Google Sheets with Excel, and they should be used whenever possible.
If applicable, you will receive an invitation to Harvest, Lexico's time tracking tool. Here's a quick video how-to on expense tracking in Harvest. Please submit your hours weekly.

You may attach receipts using the desktop version, or attach photos using the Harvest mobile app.
At the end of each billing period, you'll be able to run an expense report for that time frame. You may submit your report along with an invoice for the total amount for reimbursement to accounts@lexicoconsulting.com.
You will receive an invitation to Gusto, Lexico’s payroll and contractor payment provider, sent to your personal/non-Lexico email address. Gusto is used for payroll and contractor payments, access to payment history, and centralized tax documents. Please complete your self-onboarding, including payment details, as soon as possible to avoid payment delays.
